If you enjoy having a a cocktail from time to time, leave your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your money belt, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques back at the hotel. Take whatever money you expect to use on drinks, tips and few dollars you anticipate to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You may well have a profit following a intoxicated evening out with your compatriots and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that adventure because it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and bet. The pair simply don’t go well together.
Leaving your moola out of the casino is a little bit dramatic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is required. If you play to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your cash nary a worry, then drink all the no charge booze you are able to handle, but don’t take charge cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated brain throws away everything!
Let me to take this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the internet to gamble in your preferred casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my condominium, however considering that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I do not drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly enough to befuddle my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a ferocious, and crazy, drink.
