Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. A total of one hundred and fifty bedrooms and 7 penthouses available at the casino. The gambling hall occupiestwenty-seven five hundred square feet and offers lots of highlights. In addition to betting, Casino Queen provides a twenty five hundred patron riverboat, a one hundred and forty space motor home camp and simple access to MetroLink light-rail location.
